Airlines required to collect and disclose passenger information to the Danish health authorities

From Wednesday, 24 February 2021, all airlines arriving at a Danish airport from a foreign destination are required to collect and deliver passenger information to the Danish Patient Safety Authority.

Airlines are required to collect information about name, telephone number, flight number and seat number for all passengers and crew.

The information must be delivered to the Danish Patient Safety Authority no later than 3 hours after arrival at a Danish airport. Flights that arrive after 7 pm are to deliver the information no later than 8 am the following day.

Airlines should send the passenger information to the Danish Patient Safety Authority at rejseopsporing@stps.dk.
